Our Story

The Beginning...

My name’s Leon Sylvester, and I’m here to show you exactly how to find stopping drinking enjoyable and effortless. Sounds crazy, right? Well, before I tell you about that, I need to be honest with you.

My journey to a great life without alcohol hasn’t been easy. In fact, I’ve failed – A LOT. It’s been a 10-year rollercoaster. I tried to stop drinking multiple times in the past, but the cravings always beat me.

The first time I stopped drinking, I used willpower and nothing else.

During the first time I stopped drinking, life was pretty good. I had a business, a car, a girlfriend and life was going really well.

Willpower Ran Out...

The first time I stopped, I felt great.

I felt clear headed, I had tonnes of energy and I felt true confidence. Life seemed to be going in the right direction.

However, everything took a dramatic shift.

I went to a New Years Eve Party after being sober for around 8 months. It was a really fancy party in a private club. Everyone was wearing suits, people looked good and champagne was flowing.

I was having a great time without alcohol…But…

People kept offering me drinks…And the voice in my head got louder and louder.

The willpower eventually ran out and I succumbed to the pressure.

"Just Have One"

I had “just one”, which obviously turned into more than just one…

After that night, I went back to my business, back to my girlfriend and back to normal life.

Things didn’t go bad quickly. I was successfully moderating my drinking for a few weeks…

But, to cut a long story short, I was back drinking regularly again very shortly after this scenario.

Everything I had built whilst being sober with willpower soon crumbled away.

My confidence, my clarity, my fitness…All of it had deteriorated and I just felt horrendous. I was back at square one.

Every morning would be the same. I’d wake up hungover and regret the money I had wasted, the texts I had sent and wondered how I could escape this vicious cycle…

I know what it's like...

See, I know what it’s like to be in a bad situation. I know what it’s like to wake up every morning and regret the decisions from the night before.

I would wake up and say “Okay Leon, this is it, you’re going to have a few days off…”

And then, by the time the evening came around, the willpower ran out…And I’d be back at square one…

I know what it’s like to be desperate to change…

These days are totally different...

These days, things are a lot different…

I no longer drink, but I also no longer crave alcohol.

I thought quitting drinking was hard, and I thought it required a tonne of willpower, but I was totally wrong. I couldn’t have been further from the truth.

I stopped drinking by following a system that I know works. I call it First Principles Thinking.

1. Understand ALCOHOL

The first thing you need to do is to use First Principles Thinking to understand alcohol exactly for what it is. This is paramount.

2. Remove the CONDITIONING

The second thing you need to do is remove the societal conditioning. If you remove the conditioning, quitting becomes so simple.

3. Get CLEAR on Sobriety

The next step is to get laser sharp clarity on why you are stopping drinking. You need to break down the reasons why you think you drink. You need to become "Soberclear".

4. CONQUER your life

Once you have beaten alcohol, you launch yourself into building an amazing life for yourself. This gives you lasting sobriety and a great life that doesn't revolve around drinking poison.
